We ship out orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed by 3:30pm CST will be shipped out that day. Orders placed after that will ship out the next business day.

When will I get my order?

Once it's out of our doors, below are the estimated delivery times based on the specified shipping method. We are based in beautiful Austin, Texas, right in the middle of the US, so it gets delivered throughout the US fairly quickly. And for those lucky Texans, it gets to you even faster!

United States delivery (tracking numbers provided for all orders)

• USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
• USPS Express Mail: Overnight, most locations (1-2 business days guaranteed)
• UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
• UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
• UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product, but not for the shipping costs. We'll refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
